PATTERN MAKER

REQUIREMENTS :
Graduates min S1 with min. 5 years experience in pattern making, or
Graduates min D3 with min. 10 years experience in same industry.
Well experienced in woven tops and bottoms.
To be able to receive detailed pattern instruction and make accordingly
Check pattern and makes pattern for Production
Ensure pattern measurement match to the size specs and garment
Must be aware of all corrections, comments, adjustment based on original sample and contract
Completed pattern before production
To support the merchandising team by getting pattern approvals on time
Should be able to work under pressure
Able to work hard with team and self motivated
All candidates willing to be located at Ungaran Central Java

HRD

REQUIREMENTS :
Male / Female
Bachelor degree in Law
Familiar with labor regulations and cases
Excellent skills in Legal documents and Legal issues
Min. 10 years experience in handling huge number of employees (Up to 3000 people)
Manufacturing firm (labor intensive) background is a must
Good Analytical thinking
Having excellent & good health
Excellent skills in Computer & Microsoft Office
Good personality & communication skills
Hardworking and able to work under pressure
Able to work effectively, both independently and in a team

MERCHANDISER

REQUIREMENTS :
Male / Female, Age max 35 years
Related education backgroundHaving in the same field at managerial skill in Garment industries is preferable
English proficiency both written and spoken is a must
Excellent in computer skill
Able to take responsibilities seriously, hardworking, work under pressure and result oriented
Fast learner and as well as being an active team member

PURCHASING

REQUIREMENTS :
Male / Female
Degree / Diploma in related discipline
Having 3-5 years “hands-on” experience in Garment Production Company or Retailer
Good knowledge in Imported Products, Selection, Product Costing, Profit Management and Merchandising
Have strong planning & budgeting skills, honest, good leadership skills and self driven
All candidates willing to be located at Ungaran Central Java

QUALITY CONTROL

REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor Degree (S1) with min 3 years experiences in garment industry (fabrics, wool, cotton, nylon, etc).
Strong Supervisory, Leadership Skills, furniture knowledge, communication and interpersonal skill
Comprehend in production and quality process also SOP of all kind of furniture and decorative products
Proficiency in English (both oral & written)
Able to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and willing to travel
Able to trace and follow up tasks

PRODUCTION

REQUIREMENTS :
S1 Management/ Industrial Engineering/ Garment.
Strong knowledge in Garment and fabric technicality and also experienced in making pattern and sample for woven/ fabrics / other clothings.
Minimum 3-4 years experience in a garment/ furniture factory making sample/ pattern making.
Able to solve technical problems.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Good computer skills.
