General Requirements:
-College or University graduates preferably Industrial Engineering
-Good command of written and spoken English with good computer knowledge
-Independent and works well with others
-Preferably has strong Quality Control background

For Inspector
-Min 3years Quality Assurance/Production exp in a related field
-Min 2 years working exp with American retail market
-Knowledge or hands on exp in fabrics, garment production processes including different -types of washing, printing and embroidery

For Manufacturing Technician
-Min 4 years Quality Assurance/Production exp in a related field
-Min 2 years working exp with American retail market, competent understanding of U.S product testing, safety and regulatory requirements
-Broad knowledge or hands on exp in fabrics, garment production processes (incl washing, printing and embroidery)
-Ability to lead the Pre-Production meetings to proactively address potential production and quality issues prior to bulk production
-Has extensive hands on exp in assessing factory capacities and capabilities including ability to line balance, recognizing bottle necks and implement corrective actions
-In depth understanding of statistical data analysis, to problem solve though root cause analysis and provides corrective and preventive actions

For Manager or Supervisor
-Min 5 years Quality Assurance/Production exp in a related field and at least 2 years of it in leadership or supervisory roles and responsibilities
-Min 2 years working exp with American retail market
-Ability to
Think critically, problem solve and analyze data
Plan, organize, and lead effective implementation
Assign, and monitor workload proactively ensuring balanced distribution
Monitor and validate team compliance ensuring support when required
Act as a technical liaison between team, HQ partners and factories
-Line balance, recognize production bottlenecks and implement corrective action
