HR MANAGER (HRM)
GA MANAGER (GAM)
INDUSTRIAL RELATION MANAGER (IRM)
RECRUITMENT & TRAINING MANAGER (RTM)
Specific Requirements
-Able to build HR strategic plan, policies, and procedures, and its implementation (1)
-Understand in building maintenance, permit document , expatriates health and insurance (2)
-Understanding of Indonesia Labor Law, good communication, able to negotiate with Union and local government (3)
-Good knowledge of Recruitment and training need analysis, able to develop , evaluate and implement system and procedures for operator training, plan and matrix and manage training activities (1-4), experienced in garment manufacturing is a must (All position)
General Requirements
-Having at least 5 years of experience in the same position
-Bachelor or Master degree from reputable university majoring Psychology, Law or Management
-Good command in English both oral and written
-Excellent in computer skill
-Willing to be placed at Gunung Putri, Bogor
