COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR

Your jobs and responsibilities are:
1. In conjuction with other member of Board of Directors, audit and review in good condition any policy determined by the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) result
2. Accuratley interpret and comply with any provision/rules determined by both the goverment and Bank Indonesia
3. Determine any required steps to ensure that Bank has met the whole Bank Indonesia’s rule and other prevailing regulation in term of careful principle application
4.Monitor and maintain that Banks’s business activity not violating from the prevailing provision
5.Monitor and maintain Bank’s compliance toward all agreements and commitement delivered by bank to Bank Indonesia
6.Other tasks and duties will refer to BI regulations

Qualifications:
1. Formal education: Bachelor degree or above
2. 5 (five) years experience in banking compliance field
3. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal & written)
4. Well understood and familiar with Bank Indonesia regulations
5. Able to work under pressure
6. Strong communication and management skills
