Requirements:
* Having experience on network infrastructure which involved on various technologies and brand Experience with the SMB & enterprise class routers and switches
* Ability to present and explain technical systems, problems and outcomes to non technical staff
* Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions
* Strong customer service experience in an IT environment
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in IT industry
